Kenny is an Executive Quantity Surveyor delivering comprehensive cost management expertise across diverse project landscapes.

With a tenure spanning 8 years in the international construction industry, Kenny is recognised for his methodical approach in delivering comprehensive cost management services throughout project lifecycles. He cultivates seamless collaboration with project teams and stakeholders while ensuring the highest quality of cost management. Kenny’s proficiencies across pre and post contract services support his extensive expertise. He has successfully managed high-complexity projects valued at over $1B.

Beyond his technical specialisations, Kenny fulfills the role of MBM’s Executive Construction Economist. He advises clients on current economic conditions, sector-specific trends, and publishes quarterly forecasts on construction cost escalation as the author of MBM’s National Market Update.

Kenny completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Studies with First Class Honours, both with distinction. He contributes to the progression of the Australian quantity surveying as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
